Body Art Stretch: an intense
combination of isometric and isotonic exercises, incorporating
relaxation and tai chi. Body form:
for both women and men, each muscle group is worked "to the limit".
The absence of any background music allows the teacher to impose his
rhythm.
Body-Gym-Step:
cardio-vascular training on a step, combined with strengthening and
stretching of the lower body.
Body-Sculpt: strength
training with or without accessories (step, elastics, weights ...)
Cardio-Abdo-Stretch: cardio
and strength training to make the whole body firmer and finer.
Courses followed by stretching.
Cardio-training: overall
physical conditioning training. It consists of a phase of
cardiovascular work (step, swiss-ball, rhythm), offering an
excellent alternative to moderate footing, and a phase of strength
training on carpet.
Gym figure: cardio-tonic
training aimed at improving overall fitness.
Kick power: method of
cardio-vascular and muscular training, inspired by boxing, karate,
kick-boxing and adapted to group lessons.
Pilates: exercises similar to
those of yoga, dance and soft gymnastics. They are based on muscle
balance, priority being given to postural muscles that support the
skeleton.
Step: increases energy
expenditure up to 30 to 40%. Work is focused on the legs and
buttocks. It consists of going up and down to music on a platform
while simultaneously performing exercises with the upper body.
Stretch W.A.B: we rediscover
the principal movements of W.A.B., but the exercises are worked
softly and more focused on stretching. Neither cardio, nor jumping.
Stretching: gentle and
relaxing exercises, based on muscle stretching through mobility and
immobility.
W.A.B (waist – abdominals – buttocks)
: the lower body is worked, muscles are toned and the figure
is refined, all this judiciously sequenced to music.
Vital Gym: the whole body is
warmed up through simultaneous gentle dancing and cardio-vascular
exercises. |
